D.F. offers free shipping for all orders within the EU.
Average delivery time is between 2 - 8 days depending country to country.
For all deliveries to countries within the European Union, 19% VAT is included in the invoice.
All shipments are tracked* - please provide precise address details.
Switzerland, Liechtenstein, U.K, Jersey, Guernsey & the Isle of Man.
For orders outside of the EU add €5.00.
Invoiced amount includes free shipping but is exclusive of VAT.
All specific taxes and import duties for deliveries to a non-EU country must be declared and paid to the relevant authorities of the importing country by the customer / purchaser of the goods.

USA & Worldwide.
Currently D.F. is not shipping to the USA due to extended shipping times & costs.

Returns
Dick Fürst products are all inspected for faults / damage prior to being prepared & hand packed for dispatch.
In the unlikely event of receipt of a damaged item please contact D.F. by email:

All returns must be dispatched within 14 calendar days of receipt*.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs & taxes / duties where applicable - all returns must be sent insured & traceable.
The product must be returned packed in the original packaging materials / box.
Use the original envelope or similar (if original is damaged) to prevent damage during the return process.
The item must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, SCENT FREE, WITH ALL TAGS AND LABELS STILL ATTACHED.

If an item is ineligible for a return, unfortunately the ineligible item will be returned to the customer.
*N.B. 14 days is calculated from the registered date of delivery to the customer’s address.
